The Order Management module allows your customer service team to assist end-user customers who need assistance purchasing through your web store. In many cases, end-users want real human contact and the Order Management module gives your customer service team real-time visibility into orders which are in process or have been shipped. Pending orders can be canceled by your customer service team if necessary.
