Standard Reports

The Standard Reports module provides you with business metrics and web analytics reports, giving you the information you need to more effectively manage your web stores, inventory, and marketing campaigns. Reports can be configured and scheduled so you get the information you need, when you need it. Reports can be delivered via email in HTML, XML, PDF, CSV, Excel, and Tab Delimited formats.

• Business Analytics Reports include top selling products, revenue by customer, daily sales summary, gross sales, product activity, product cross-sell activity, and product up-sell activity


• Marketing Campaign Reports include campaign and activity by category, communication, trigger, offer, duration, and locale


• Inventory Management Reports include backorders, serial number / key inventory, safety stock, and fulfillment analytics


• Web Analytics Reports include page load times, load balancing, traffic trend analysis, page hit analysis, page action analysis, and page change audit trail
